If you are an existing City & Guilds customer and would like to deliver apprenticeships or additional standards, please apply using the online application in the Walled Garden.
New customer
If you are a new customer and would like to deliver the on-programme standards, you will need centre/and or qualification approval. Contact our Sales team at directsales@cityandguilds.com or complete the customer application form to apply.
EPA-only services
If you are interested in our EPA-only services and do not wish to deliver the on-programme standards, please complete the EPA-only centre enquiry form. Alternatively, you can give our team a call on 0192 4930 800.
Our EPA support teams are on-hand to take you through the apprenticeship process. Our support team consists of Technical Advisors, EPA Partnership Managers, Digital Solutions Managers, and customer support teams all working together to provide solutions and guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
