Following on from the Government's announcement of the outcomes of last year's pause and review, we have conducted an internal review of our qualifications and have made the difficult decision to close a small number, including our Level 3 Technical Qualifications in Engineering.  the last date to register new learners for these will be 31 July 2025.  Click here for alternative City & Guilds qualifications.

The City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Engineering is aimed at learners who are looking to start a career in the engineering-based manufacturing industry.   Learners could progress into employment, onto an apprenticeship, or further their studies by taking other qualifications at level 3.

What Is Involved In Studying This Course?
Learners interested in the City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Engineering will study theoretical aspects of the subject and apply them to practical tasks.
