What’s new in Health, Care and Childcare?
New Diplomas in Adult Care
As a leading Awarding Organisation working in Adult Care we are delighted to offer two exciting NEW diplomas: 3086-31 Level 3 (Diploma in Adult Care) and 3086-51 Level 5 (Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care) in England.
Working very closely with industry stakeholders, we have developed these in response to industry feedback about the skills that learners and employers need in the Adult Care sector.
Both qualifications are endorsed by Skills for Care and reflect the Skills for Care Qualification Specifications.

New Integrated Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing (Apprenticeships only)

This qualification is ONLY available in England and should be used by any apprentice who started their apprenticeship on or after 06 July 2022.
Early Years Education Recovery Level 3 Review
One of the objectives of the Governments £153m Early Years Education Recovery programme is to:
“improve the quality and rigour of the L3 early years qualification, including the criteria, through consultation and engagement with stakeholders and users, and rigorous analysis of new and available data, thereby strengthening its quality and evidence-base”.
This is the first review of the Early Years Educator full and relevant criteria since they were approved in 2014. The 16 week review will conclude in early September with potential that a new Level 3 qualification will be needed by September 2023.
If you would like to be involved in the development of our new Level 3 EYE qualification, please register your interest to Suzi Gray.
