You will learn on the job in the work environment, or in the classroom. Assessment will include a portfolio of evidence to meet the criteria of the qualification.

SCQF Level 5
You are new to the travel and tourism industry and want to gain the skills you need to do your job well or get the foundations to move on to the next level of qualification.
SCQF Level 6
You've got a SCQF level 5 qualification in travel and tourism services, or lots of on-the-job experience. You're interested in moving on to a more responsible leadership role.
