Technical Advisor for Construction

Paul is an Indentured Apprentice Bricklayer and has experience in house building, conversions, repair and refurbishment including historical buildings.

He has worked in Further Education for 30 years as a lecturer in brickwork (assessor and internal verifier) and professional building studies, having achieved a CertEd and QTLS. Like many, Paul worked his way up the career ladder to become a senior manager responsible for Construction and Engineering.

Paul has a passion for education and training and seeks to ensure learners maximise their opportunities to meet and exceed their expectations. He believes this is achieved through a strong culture driven by a set of values, with the commitment to unleash the enthusiasm and creativity of all staff supporting the learner’s journey. By working with internal and external stakeholders, Paul believes he can continue to shape this journey.
