Originally from an Early Years and Playwork background, Suzi has 30 years occupational experience at Executive Level in Health and Social Care, Childhood and Youth Programmes as well as Early Years in the public, private and the voluntary and community sectors across Wales, Northern Ireland, England and internationally. During this time, Suzi has also been involved in the development, delivery and quality assurance of work-based learning and vocational technical qualifications.

For the last 13 years, she has been working across the broader Health & Social Care field and is heavily involved in the redevelopment of new vocational qualifications.

Suzi looks after the Health, Social Care and Childcare sector and supports colleagues, regulators, employers, providers and learners to unlock their potential and shape the Health, Social Care and Childcare workforce for the future, both within the UK and internationally.
