Health and Care webinar
This webinar, delivered by our Technical Advisors in Health and Care, covered information surrounding our qualifications to inform College providers about our new KS5 Level 2 and Level 3 full time Technical Qualifications on offer for 16-19 year old learners (applicable to England only).
These qualifications are being delivered across England already and would be available for delivery for new college providers from September 2018.
They focused on the following elements:
- all Technical Qualifications and related units
- the new summative assessment approach - exam and synoptic
- new work placement opportunities
- the teaching and learning resources available for you and your learners.

T levels - What you need to know
The DfE have recently announced their action plan for the technical education reforms (T levels), expected to take effect from September 2020. The reforms began with the publication of the Post 16 Skills Plan in July 2016, and we now have more information to share with you.
To help you to understand what the changes will mean to you and your colleagues and how to prepare for them, we ran a free webinar this autumn for principals, vice principals, curriculum managers, tutors and anyone who is involved in delivering qualifications to full-time learners aged 16-18.
